Introduction To SnagIt COM Server

Overview

Starting with version 6.2, SnagIt can now be accessed as a COM server. This means you can access SnagIt's capture functionality from any programming language that supports COM. Developers using Visual Basic, Visual C/C++, Visual Studio.Net, Delphi, C++Builder can now embed and control SnagIt directly in their applications.

This SnagIt COM Server User Guide assumes you are familiar with COM programming. If you need more information about COM, please consult your development environment's documentation.
