Customize the configuration of your video capture output.

Auto configure |
SnagIt automatically configures video options such as frame rate and compression quality. Disable to configure the Video Options manually. |

Frames per sec |
Enter the frame rate for video capture. |
|
Video Setup |
Select a video compression codec, adjust compression quality, and specify key frame and data rates in the Video Setup dialog box. |
|
Time-lapse capture |
Capture a time-lapse video capture. |
|
Time-Lapse Setup |
Configure the AVI Capture and Playback rates in the Frame Rate Setup dialog box. |
|
Audio Setup |
Configure the name, format, and attributes of the audio output in the Audio Format dialog box. |
|
Audio capture device |
Select the audio capture device that you will be using for Video Capture. |

Ask for file name |
Enter a file name before saving the capture output. |
|
Fixed file name |
Assign the same file name to each capture. This is useful for continually and automatically updating the same output file. |

Name |
Enter the file name for the Fixed File Name option. |
|
Automatic file name |
Automatically assign your capture a file name and location. You can move directly into the other application with your capture rather than going through the manual naming process via the Save As dialog box. Click the Options button to change the default auto name. |

Select an Output Folder for your captures. |
